“We selected Copia for an addition (about 500 square feet). They were great. The work included a new roof, laundry room, two new bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom, and replacing horsehair plaster in two existing rooms. We knew that a large project during global material, appliance, and labor shortages would be a challenge, but working with Copia make it easier than expected. They partnered with us and communicated clearly when there would be delays (and why) and in turn, were receptive to change orders and delays due to our chosen appliances.

The team was always responsive to any feedback we had as the project progressed and worked hard to ensure we were satisfied. An example of this is there was an error made with the roof construction on the addition, Copia recognized the error and corrected it without a fight. I think this goes a long way to describing their dedication to craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.

Communication was made even easier with their use of the Buildertrend app to keep track of emails, selections, budget, and invoices. I would highly recommend this company and would absolutely use them for future projects.”
