Design Services Terms and Conditions

All design plans purchased from Copia Real Estate Design and Build are final sale.

 

All designs produced by Copia Real Estate Design and Build are designed to comply with local and state building codes. In some cases, a structural engineer may be required for necessary calculations and additional drawings. An additional fee may be assessed for these services. If local officials require an architectural stamp, a fee of $1,000 will be assessed. 

 

A site visit and consultation will determine the scope of the project. Each design will include three revisions within the original project scope, after the initial design consultation. Additional revisions will incur an additional fee of $500 each. If the project scope is adjusted significantly during the revision period, additional fees may apply.

 

Copia Real Estate Design and Build requires a deposit of 50% of the initial design fee before work begins. The remaining balance and any additional fees incurred will be due upon completion of the design plans. 

 

Copia Real Estate Design and Build owns all Intellectual Property Rights to any designs produced. Any plans produced by Copia Real Estate Design and Build may not be copied or reproduced without prior written consent.

 

An estimate for Copia Real Estate Design & Build to construct your project will be provided based on the plans produced. The design plans and construction documents produced are yours to use even if you choose not to hire Copia Real Estate Design & Build to build.
