Produce and present a detailed preliminary quote for your approval.
Consultation
There are two project development avenues that we offer.
If you choose to retain our services by signing a design agreement first, we will:​

Arrange a meeting between our designer and you to refine the project scope and begin developing a layout.

Discuss your functional and aesthetic preferences - such as traditional, transitional, or modern design attributes.

Design and present a preliminary design option for you to review.

Give you access to our online project management system.

Collaborate back and forth and agree on a final design concept.

Present a preliminary quote as a builder for the proposed design. If you would like to continue working with us as your builder, a build agreement will be produced and we will continue as listed below.

If you have already acquired plans through your architect and choose to retain our services by signing a build agreement, we will:

Work with your architect or an engineer to resolve any concerns we may have identified during our site visit; if needed.

Discuss material and finish selections you may be interested in to help us assess if you are looking for a mid-level, high-end, or custom finish.

Present a preliminary quote for the proposed design and payment schedule.

Develop a detailed construction schedule including securing permits and approvals from your local building department.
Project Development
At project completion, we will:
Conduct a final quality control walkthrough.

Review your overall experience and provide you with any product information you may need.

Take photographs of the project to share on our website and social media.
Completion
During construction, we will:

Do everything in our power to manage disruption to your life and routine.

Closely manage the work with all employees and sub-contractors that are working in and on your home.

Provide regular communication while keeping you informed of any changes to our daily and weekly schedule through our online project management software.
Construction
Once we have a final, approved design, and have received a deposit, we will:

Have our interior design consultant meet with you and review product selections and finishes available within your budget range.

Bring in key trade partners and vendors as part of the estimating process to get accurate quotes.

Deliver a final cost estimate to you for approval.
