Master Electrician

We are looking for a master electrician to manage and lead our electrical division. Ideal candidates will have proven experience as an electrician in a residential setting, with commercial experience being a plus. Candidates are expected to have a reliable vehicle and the essential tools of the trade.

This position includes professionally interacting with customers with clear, friendly communication. This is a leadership position in which the candidate will manage a team of electricians. An ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, work with minimal supervision, and work well in a team environment and independently.

Compensation will be a base salary of $100,000/year and the opportunity to earn $40,000-$50,000 additional through commissions and bonuses.

Responsibilities:

- Plan layout, install and repair wiring, electrical fixtures, apparatus, and control equipment;

- Train and manage electrical apprentices and improve their productivity

- Interpret specifications, blueprints, take stock lists and job orders to workers, and assigned duties

- Provide world-class customer service to our customers daily

- Manage job site personnel for construction jobs

- Work on all size projects and assist our construction division as needed

Qualifications:

- Previous residential renovation, additions, and new construction experience

- Strong organizational skills for future leadership positions

- Valid and current master electrician license

- Minimum of two (2) years electrical installation experience in a residential setting

- Proficient knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local codes

- Valid driver's license and clean driving record

- Clean background check

- Own tools of the trade

- Must take pride in your work and perform work of the highest quality

- A good attitude and a high level of motivation

Selections Coordinator

If you have a keen eye for interior design and always have an eye on industry trends, then we want to hear from you.

An ideal candidate will confidently communicate with clients and the design team to assess the client’s vision, discuss details, and maintain a budget. The candidate will be familiar with the continually evolving interior design landscape and trends in order to provide the client with both creative and stylish solutions suited for the client’s vision.

As a part of a collaborative team consisting of designers, project managers, and construction professionals, the successful candidate will help guide the client through the selections process in all project phases from initial development to completion.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Prepare selection choices in our software system and guide clients through the process of making selections;

Assist clients in selecting materials, hardware, fixtures, and finishes while keeping within budget;

Develop and maintain relationships with preferred vendors;

Handle ordering and delivery coordination of materials selected by the client;

Work within timely schedules to coordinate the completion of tasks through to final project completion;

Conduct on-site observations and provide recommendations to help streamline ongoing design projects;

Work with the design team to develop solutions if issues arise;

Research concepts and materials to support the design team in concept development;

Maintain industry knowledge to stay relevant.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

Associates Degree or beyond in relevant interior design studies preferred;

5+ years experience in a related role;

Must be client service-oriented;

Detail-oriented and well organized;

Creative thinking;

Refined design sense;

Strong interpersonal and communication skills;

Ability to multi-task, manage multiple projects of varying size and complexity;

Knowledge of a wide range of materials and finishes;

Able to develop and present design concepts to the client.

Experienced Lead Carpenter

We need an experienced Lead Carpenter to join our rapidly growing company. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in residential carpentry from rough framing to finish. A construction supervisor license is not required.

Candidates are expected to have a reliable vehicle, a valid driver’s license, and the basic tools of the trade.

We are seeking both new and experienced real estate agents to join our rapidly growing company. As a Copia agent, you will be uniquely positioned to have a full team of both real estate and construction professionals to support you. 

Ideal candidates will provide exceptional and timely real estate services to clients, be willing to learn and grow, and communicate effectively among the team and clients.

Other qualifications include:

- A real estate license is required

- Must be or become an MLS (multiple listing service) and Realtor member

- Be able to self-manage business processes including paperwork and client communications

- Willingness to receive training or coaching by the managing broker, manager, or lead agent
