This was a considerable project involving a complete gut and rebuild of this 1900-built home and turning it into an award-winning two-family home. We completely gutted the space and started the project with the installation of new structural beams to level the floors.

We expanded the interior livable space by eliminating the original deck that ran the length of the home. New wrap-around composite decks featuring cable rails were installed along the back of the home, allowing for a new and improved outdoor living space in place of the deck we had eliminated.

The upper unit features a master penthouse in the converted attic, complete with an award-winning spa-like bath, a dressing room, a lounge area, and a Juliet balcony.
